Pieter Pretorius – B.Com LLB

In 2002 Pieter Pretorius, a qualified conveyancer, attorney and notary public, joined the Property Law Department of CK Friedlander Shandling Volks Inc. and was appointed as a Director in 2003. He is responsible for overseeing the registration of home loans and commercial bonds and with over 24 years’ experience in property law, has brought a new dynamic to the firm’s Property Law Department. Pieter also has extensive experience in administration of deceased estates, as well as sectional title and township developments. He has further been admitted as a non practicing solicitor by the Law Society of England and Wales.
