Jacques heads the firm’s Commercial Law Department, which includes the drafting of commercial agreements, advising on business rescue, the restructuring and transferring of businesses, and the implementation of company law.
He consults variously with employers and employees in labour law matters and also advises on estate planning, and drafts wills and trusts.
